  • Ensure your customer contact management system is up to date and that everybody updates it whenever they email or speak to a customer.
  • Ensure you regularly contact each of your customers by email and if you can also with a phone call.
  • If you quote for your work then make sure the quote is followed up until the enquiry becomes an order or is no longer needed.
  • Make sure that customers order flow through your company without a problem.
  • If a customer does experience a problem with an order you make sure that your customer facing staff have the systems and the responsibility to resolve the problem and go the extra mile to win the customer over.
